GitNation & FocusReactive are looking for a Project/Delivery Manager. 

In this role you will work partly partly on GitNation.com product https://gitnation.org/ and on clients’ outsourcing projects from FocusReactive side https://focusreactive.com/.
Your role will involve managing resources, coordinating with managers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met on time, within scope and budget. 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Development comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments; - Monitoring project progress and identify potential risks or issues; - Managing client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly; - Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques; - Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; - Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed; - Performing risk management to minimize project risks; - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation; - Fostering strong relationships with clients and managers.

 🌟QUALIFICATIONS:

-Have 4+ years of  proven experience in project or delivery management;
- Have experience both in outsource and product (mainly EdTech) project management; 
- Proficient in project management tools;
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher);
- Technical background is a huge plus.
